CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT Bring Us Your Royal Best From Your Closet To Send to Another Castle! Send in your merchandise that is in as-good-as-new condition to Royal Castle Consignment LLC and earn cash for your goods. 1. Please call to schedule an appointment for clothing, home décor and items you can bring in easily. We also do closet cleanouts which require an in-home visit, please call us at 724-9870797 to speak with the owner, Joann. You can also email pictures to Joann@royalcastleconsignment.com. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Selection: Merchandise priced and selected at the discretion of Royal Castle Consignment LLC. We are very selective based solely on what our customers’ preferences are. Items found damaged after initial inspection, will have be sold at a discount or donated if unsellable without any further notice. Payment: After the sale of an item, the consignor's account will be credited 40% for items. Liability: Royal Castle Consignment LLC cannot guarantee your items will sell. Royal Castle Consignment LLC reserves the right to amend its consignment contract at any time; Royal Castle Consignment LLC does its best to protect and safeguard your items, but cannot guarantee them from natural disaster, fire, theft. For items priced over $100, your personal insurance should cover these items, as we do not own them. You, as the Consignor, attest you are the sole owner of your consigned items and free to sell them without lien or legal encumbrances, are over 18 years of age, and warrant items to be in proper working condition. 2. Royal Castle Consignment LLC consigns items on a seasonal basis. Spring clothing, shoes and home decor (Easter/Gardening) and prom gowns start arriving Late January. Summer shorts, sandals, beach décor, begin arriving in Late March as weather warms up. Fall clothing (boots, jeans, leggings, jackets and vests) and fall decor (Halloween & Thanksgiving) start arriving end of August. Winter, coats, flannels and heavier clothing, and Thanksgiving/Christmas decor begin arriving early October as colder weather begins. Our customers are looking for very current style home decor and better designer items from boutique stores and better department stores in like new condition. Condition of Merchandise: Freshly laundered/dry cleaned clothing, shoes in bags/boxes in either new or mint condition. We are competing with other online stores and surrounding stores for same customers $$$ so please keep this in mind when bring clothing to us. 3. Royal Castle Consignment LLC requires if shipping to us you would pay all shipping fees. Royal Castle Consignment LLC has a 10-day pay delay to allow checks/charges to clear. Please call us at 724-987-0797 to verify which funds have cleared. Inactive accounts over 1 year will be closed and any monies accrued forfeited back to Royal Castle Consignment LLC. 4. Royal Castle Consignment LLC, prices are based upon demand and current market selling conditions. Our goal is to make $$$ for both of us! We are a partnership! 5. Merchandise will have periodic markdowns to keep inventory moving in store or on live sales online. If you do not want, your items to be marked down you must tell Royal Castle Consignment LLC before you sign the agreement. A list of items will be added to your contract for no markdowns and returned to you after 30 days of Royal Castle Consignment LLC having items with no sale. All items in the store are subject to storewide sales and/or periodic coupons to entice buyers. After 60 days you will be contacted in regards to the disposition of your unsold items.

1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 2. Delivery Location Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in USA. [We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in USA only.] Any shipments outside of are not available at this time. 3. Delivery Time Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1) handling 3 days, 2) delivery in 5 days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays]. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. 4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. 6. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at joann@royalcastleconsignment.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at joann@royalcastleconsignment.com. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
